Well it is offical. we are changing Dr's. This guy is fairly nice and is offering something different. He also does not use clomid at all!! So excited by that. REALLY excited by that! So the Drug of choice is Letrozole or Femara. We will still do AIH but are happy with the changes. Also we have had to do more bloods and John needs to do a prelim SA test. They also test for chomosonial abnormailities rountienly in the first lot of blood tests. I am hoping for a much much better result this time around.
This clinic is also a lot more expensive. (about $600 more a cycle + a registration fee) But hopefully it will all be worth it. They also have nurse co-ordinators support through the cycle. So a few things need to happen.
Thursday John has to go back up the mountain for the SA.
Then next week I will have a phone call interview with the nursing co-ordinator.
I will also have to wait for a period. In this time we are hoping to have the cash put away. Whilst we will get most back from medicare we need the cash up front.
