No regretes

Despite being in a fair amount of pain still. I have no regretes. I know this is best thing I have done for me. I know that I will once again be enjoying life and all that entails in no time at all. I know I said I would wait till monday to weigh in again but I could not help it this morning. I have lost a kg!! Happy with that. I am the lightest I have been since giving birth to Mr T. That is a great thing.
