Ok so lets see how he has changed:

Now the poor little man once again's Birthday did not go to plan. Earlier in the week he started to come down with something but by Saturday he was miserable. Sunday I again to him to the Dr's and it turns out he has a double ear infection, sore throat and head cold. So whilst he was happy about the new toys he got he was still miserable and grumpy for the most part and needed to visit the Dr on his birthday.
Now mummy is coming down with it and is feeling the same misery that he is. :(
