This week has not been a good week in the life of day care for Mr T. But for months I have been looking into changing the facility he is currantly at to a more home based care provider that is a licenced day care.
The right placement for this is not easy to find. But today I interviewd at the head office. I liked this plan. I expressed that I wanted more than one carer to interview as I know I may not find the ideal person straight away.
So early next week I have two day care providers to interview. I felt more comfortable on the phone than the other. One seemed more friendly and relaxed than the other. So we will see what happens.
